The Falcon and the Snowman

In this gripping espionage drama, Christopher Boyce is a young man whose life takes a dark turn after securing a position as a communications clerk at RTX, a California-based defense contractor. Working within the high-security "Black Vault," Boyce is tasked with processing top-secret satellite surveillance data for the CIA. However, his patriotism quickly curdles into disillusionment as he uncovers classified documents detailing the U.S. government’s covert interference in the political affairs of allied nations. Driven by a desire to protest what he perceives as a deceptive and predatory government, Boyce embarks on a dangerous path of betrayal. He recruits his childhood friend, Daulton Lee—a drug dealer living in Mexico—to serve as his courier. Together, the duo attempts to sell state secrets to the Soviet Union, with Boyce providing the intelligence and Lee managing the logistics of meeting KGB handlers in Mexico City. What begins as a misguided act of defiance rapidly spirals into a web of paranoia, incompetence, and high-stakes tension. As Lee struggles with addiction and erratic behavior, their operation draws unwanted scrutiny from both the KGB and local authorities.
