In the neon-soaked, cynical landscape of New York City, Eli Wurman is a relic of a bygone era. A chaotic night escorting Hopper through the city’s underground drug scene leaves Eli entangled in a dangerous mystery when she is found dead shortly thereafter. As police detectives and tabloid reporters circle, Eli finds himself trapped in a web of political maneuvering. Manipulated by the influential Elliot Sharansky, Eli discovers that Hopper was documenting the compromising secrets of the city’s elite.
