DESCRIPTION

In a dystopian future dominated by the iron grip of the Men-Tel Corporation, unauthorized reproduction is a crime punishable by the state. John Brennick, a former soldier, has spent years living in hiding to protect his wife, Karen, and their son, Danny. But when Men-Tel’s forces finally track them down, Brennick makes a desperate sacrifice, staying behind to ensure his family’s escape while he is captured by the regime. Brennick is sentenced to a terrifying new reality: a high-tech orbital prison floating 26,000 miles above Earth. Surrounded by an airless, irradiated vacuum, the facility is designed to be inescapable. Under the sadistic rule of administrator Teller, inmates are fitted with neural implants that allow the central computer, ZED, to monitor their every thought and movement, inflicting brutal punishment at the slightest sign of rebellion. Determined to reunite with his family, Brennick forms an uneasy alliance with fellow prisoners, including a resourceful scavenger and a former revolutionary. As he uncovers the sinister true purpose behind the facility, he begins to manipulate the station’s systems and his fellow inmates to orchestrate a daring breakout. With the threat of Men-Tel looming over his family and the cold vacuum of space as his cage, Brennick must navigate a lethal environment to reclaim his freedom before the corporation closes in for good.
