DESCRIPTION

When Jesse McLaughlin inherits his great-great-grandfather’s dilapidated estate, he expects a simple renovation project alongside his friend, Charlie. However, the house holds secrets far more profound than rotting floorboards. Upon discovering a mysterious crystal skull hidden within the walls, the duo accidentally triggers a supernatural event that defies the laws of time: the resurrection of Jesse’s ancestor, a 170-year-old Old West outlaw known as "Gramps." Gramps reveals that the skull is a powerful artifact capable of unlocking the mysteries of the universe and granting eternal life—a prize coveted by relentless dark forces. The primary threat emerges in the form of Slim Reeser, Gramps’s bitter former partner, who arrives to claim the relic at any cost. As the house transforms into a nexus of shifting dimensions and jungle-like environments, the mundane world of 1986 collides violently with the legendary past. Caught in the crossfire, Jesse must protect the artifact while navigating the intrusion of his music manager, Kate, and a local electrician, Bill, both of whom are swept into the escalating chaos. Balancing the burden of family legacy with the immediate danger of supernatural warfare, Jesse is forced to decide the fate of an object that could change everything. Will he survive the encroaching darkness, or will the house’s history consume him?
